The spacious ground floor consists of the kitchen with a dining zone and a partly double height living room with an open staircase. Six glazed double doors connect it with the outside.  The front terrace with an old stone table is covered by a jasmine and wisteria pergola. It overlooks the swimming pool, with olive trees and vineyards in the background. The swimming pool is equipped with a swim jet for recreational swimming, an outside shower, and a bathroom accessible from the outside. The shaded back terrace with a kitchen garden is used for open air dining under an old oak, looking at the picturesque village of Kostanjica in the distance.

Each of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom and windows with amazing views on both sides of the house. On the first floor there is a master bedroom and another bedroom with its own exit to the garden, both with en suite bathrooms. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with high ceilings under the traditional sloped roof. Two of them have en suite bathrooms while the largest room has strip windows on both sides connecting it to the surrounding landscape.
